Conversations about whether there are enough women in nautical, whether it is more complicated or easier for them than we think and whether they are equal in the industry are repeated again and again. Therefore, the Adria Libar Maritime & Yacht training centre organised the panel "Women in the nautical industry – She & SEA", which will be held at this year's Zagreb Boat Show, as an opportunity to emphasise the role of women in nautical.
This year's Zagreb Boat Show will be richer for a special event - the panel discussion "Women in the nautical industry – She & SEA".
The panel, organised by Adria Libar, will be held on February 16, 2024, at 3 pm at the Zagreb Fair, on the stage between pavilions 10A and 11A.
This panel will be an opportunity to highlight exceptional women and their contribution to the nautical sector.
Adria Libar, the leading Croatian maritime and yacht training centre, organises this panel to celebrate and promote the role of women in shaping the dynamic nautical landscape.
The "Women in the Nautical Industry – She & SEA" panel is a meeting place for successful women from the nautical sector and a forum for discussing the challenges, success strategies, and unique perspectives that women bring to this industry.
The organisers of the panel say that the goal of the panel is to enrich the content of the fair by highlighting the achievements of women in the nautical sector.
The panel will open a space for exchanging personal stories and experiences of numerous women from nautical.
The panel's goal is dialogue, exploring how women "navigated challenges and shaped their paths of success." By presenting their different views and experiences, they want to highlight the educational and professional opportunities sailing offers to women.
Panel participants, directors of charter companies, yacht agents, educators, editors of nautical media and skippers will share their experiences on and around the sea.
The panel "Women in the nautical industry – She & SEA" is also an excellent opportunity for networking, inspiration, and further development of the nautical sector.

Will that person “click” with the team, understand what is expected of them, and start working the way they should? They won’t without quality onboarding.
