International Charter Expo (ICE) returns to Amsterdam with new forum and big celebrations

The world’s biggest yacht charter event is back. From November 12–14, 2025, the International Charter Expo (ICE) will once again turn Amsterdam into the global meeting point for charter professionals. With over 600 companies, a brand-new ICE Forum, and the iconic ICE Rocks Party, this year’s edition marks a decade of connecting the yacht charter world - stronger, smarter, and more united than ever.

The International Charter Expo (ICE), the world’s largest B2B yacht charter event, will return to EXPO Groot-Amsterdam from November 12 to 14, 2025. More than 600 companies from over 50 countries will meet under one roof, making Amsterdam the global center of the yacht charter industry for three exciting days.

This year, ICE is bringing something new, the ICE Forum, a special program created to better understand the challenges and future of the yacht charter market.

“I’ve been working in this industry for more than 20 years, and it has always been challenging,” says Tino Prosenik, Founder of ICE. “Today we face new kinds of challenges, with many tools and opportunities available, but it’s not always clear what tomorrow will bring.”

On Thursday, November 13, 15 of the largest booking agencies will meet to talk about market trends and business projections. Right after that, 15 of the world’s biggest fleet operators, who together manage about 30% of the world’s bareboat charter fleet, will gather to share their own insights. The goal of these meetings is to get a clear picture of where the market stands today and what changes may be coming next.

The discussion continues on Friday morning, November 14, with the ICE Open Forum, where charter brokers and fleet managers are invited to take part in an open conversation about the industry’s future. Hosted by Tino Prosenik, the session will include a panel of two brokers and two fleet managers, with plenty of time for questions and audience participation. It’s a chance for professionals to share their views, exchange ideas, and help shape the next chapter of the yacht charter world.

To start things off in true ICE style, the famous ICE Rocks Party will return on Wednesday, November 12, from 19:00 to 01:00 at 11 Bar & Kitchen, Marktplein 11, Hoofddorp. This year’s event will celebrate 10 amazing years of ICE with an unforgettable evening of music, fun, and networking, the perfect way to kick off the expo.

With new ideas, great energy, and more opportunities to connect than ever before, ICE'25 promises to be the most exciting edition yet.

ANB Forum 2026: 5 conclusions the industry can no longer ignore

The first Adriatic Nautical Business Forum 2026 was not just another event in the industry calendar. It was a test. A test of the willingness to finally speak openly about problems everyone knows, but few actually say out loud. And more importantly, it was proof that the interest exists.

This is no longer a battle of portals, but a battle for control of the yacht charter market
This is no longer a battle of portals, but a battle for control of the yacht charter market

The acquisition of Borrow A Boat and its integration into Five Seasons Yachting Group shows that the yacht charter market is no longer changing only through the growth of individual portals, but through the connection of distribution, technology, data and customer relationships. In such a model, the greatest advantage no longer necessarily belongs to the one who has the fleet, but to the one who controls digital access to the market. Selma Ćubara in her new column draws a parallel with the American market and warns that for Croatian yacht charter companies the biggest risk is the loss of autonomy, not just the level of commission.
